I think as the partner who made the purchase..lol..am very satisfied with product I would just like to say you guys were awesome to deal with and very efficient let's just say I will be back to buy more product in the near future, just one thing the product is actually better than the photo so the photo doesn't do it justice I say. Such good good quality, so if you'll looking for any leather product I would highly recommend these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINALLY GOT REFUND after 3 weeks of trying to sort, ended up being their managers blunder, still were a tad difficult to deal with as i felt they were not believing me,. Communication got better as they realized the fault was theirs, cant give a 5 star rating as still unhappy with the process that happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed in the service we received. The sales person leant on a stand and watched us the entire time almost like not trusting us. She also made no conversation or asking if she could help. We asked her a couple of questions but the response was, that is all we have, there was no offer of help or to come and help us look. She was , in my opinion, very lucky to get the sale because if it was only me there purchasing I would've walked out, it was just that my partner had his heart set on purchasing a jacket that day! It is such a shame that I had to write a review like this especially after reading the other reviews about excellent service, which is why we chose your shop!
