★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather rude staff. While looking for a pair of ear plugs (sleep issues, I like getting a pair every now and then) a staff member glared at me suspiciously; I guess she thought I was going to steal something? I never acted suspiciously and I don't look dodgy.
