★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time recently. Great service, excellent cut and good price. Best cut I've had in a while. Hard to find good hairdressers for very fine, thin curly hair it seems but they did a fantastic job.

Refused to do her hair, due to it being too damaged, even though a strand test had been performed at the prior appointment and she agreed it was ok to proceed. Even if it was too damaged to colour, the way the owner handled it was appaling. The owner was cold, rude and didnt offer an alternative - i.e treatments, correct products or a plan going forward to get her hair in better condition - just a flat no i'm not doing it. My friend left in tears, and has since re-booked elsewhere, and when explained her situation to the new hairdresser, she was horrified at her experience, as am i. 100% will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.
