★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I've gone into Half Price Imports the staff are friendly - a great bunch. They have some gorgeous industrial furniture. Bought a spa cover over a year ago off them and it's been great - best price in town. Really considering getting a spa off them now as the old one I have is packing up, sister has one and says it's brilliant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sell online, in person and on trade me. Unfortunately contrary to what their online profile indicates they are unwilling to resolve issues with good communication. They sell faulty items as new and don't want to offer options to resolve. They are in clear breach of the consumer guarantees act by being misleading. Their communication is also somewhat unprofessional.

It also has a solid build and very easy to assemble . The company have excellent customer service as they respond quickly to any questions and made my buy easy and simple. Shipping was fast and great comunication . Thank you so much half price I am a happy customer and will be back for more purchases .????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spa heater unit was broken. It was incredibly difficult getting hold of them in any kind of timely manner. They are now refusing to pay the electricians bill required to fit the new heater unit. We've spent hours dealing with what should have been a simple issue.
