★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to other salons in Christchurch , never have I been so happy and excited by today’s lash extensions Kim did for me at Pinkies .
Kim is very experienced and takes care in making the eyes pop....
She listened /offered suggestions for the best outlook using a number of different lengths to achieve this.
Aftercare is discussed fully .
I challenge others to give Pinkies a go you won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rough pedicure; filed old varnish off and whilst doing so filed the sides of three of my toes and then clipped skin off the side of my toe so it bleed. No offer of discount when I paid, however agreed to $5 off when requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment for 11 but only two nail technicians on for manis and pedis. I enjoyed the chair massage while I waited for 40 minutes. Toenails look good but I'm not that keen on a 40 minute wait when I'd made a booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been getting my nails done for years. Both acrylic and sns. This is my first appointment here and my nails are AMAZING. Very happy. Was exactly what I was after and the end result is perfect. Great energy in the shop and lovely customer service :) saw Joey. She was awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and great location but the quality of work not great. Yesterday I did powder dip and today I see a few cracks and a tip of a nail cracked down. When I get powder dip in other places, they last for 4 weeks and here not even 24 hours. The lady put a lot of effort and spent long time doing the nails but I guess the technique isn’t right or quality of products.

Just one complaint about timing/communication. I booked the appointment via Facebook where a 3pm slot was available. I quickly get a messenger text saying that they only have a 4pm slot available. When I arrived at 4pm, the actual work began only at around 4:30pm!
Wish the actual availability matched their Facebook appointment tool and communicated a further wait to me in person when I arrived.

They took their time and did an amazing job with my nails- I am super happy! I have been to other places in Christchurch where I have been pushed out in a rush and the quality and service was above and beyond at Pinkies. Going in after work tonight changed my day around and I really appreciated getting back to my car in time!
Thank you guys again- will definitely be back- definitely recommend Pinkies!
