★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a customer on and off for around 15 years yet every time I shop here I leave disappointed. Yes you have good clothes and good prices but your customer service (or lack of) is what really lets this store down.
On my last visit, no greeting, no ‘how’s the fit’, no did you find everything you need, no how’s your day, no anything. Not only that but a poor attempt at folding and bagging clothes. Probably going to my last visit to you guys but hope you step your game up.

They did not have the size we required so ordered this for us and arranged to send it directly to our home at no extra cost. Despite being a Sunday it was on my doorstep by 7am Monday morning. This is exceptional.
