OUR HISTORY
Smiggle is the ultimate destination for your school, birthday and leisure essentials. From backpacks and drink bottles, to gift packs and keyrings, Smiggle is the original creator of all things colourful, fun, unique and on trend.
Smiggle was established in 2003 in Melbourne Australia, originally opening 20 concept stores around the country. By 2007, Smiggle had joined the Just Group – owned by Premier Investments Limited, the ASX listed retail conglomerate.
Fast-forward to 2016 and Smiggle stores had rapidly expanded across Australia and could also be found in the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia.
Today, Smiggle retails from hundreds of standalone stores and wholesale "shop-in-shop" concepts, across multiple countries.

False information on the website saying buy 4 get 25% off but wouldn't honor it and wouldn't let me speak to anyone above her.

β β β β β The staff tonight in the Lower Hutt Queensgate store need to learn customer service skills. I took two expensive items back that had very bad marks all over them. As they were Christmas gifts I asked for my money back and what a hassle as I had taken the price off as I was about to wrap them when I saw the marks, but they were not happy with just the receipt They rung the manager who supposedly said they will give refund. People check items before leaving the store like I should of. Will not be going back

β β β β β Got to say itβs great little shop with so much great stock and they have so much great deals going on at the moment been so close to Christmas. All the staff in there were super friendly and so helpful with helping me . Lol I must look like I was lost because I had three different staff come and ask me if need help ??. I will be 100% be shopping here again. Honestly this one of best retail shopβs I have been into when it comes to great customer service and been so friendly.
