β β β β β Thank you after 6 odd weeks trying to get the correct lenses made up but no luck, when back to my original store (Opsm). With lot of success. ONE good thing I was give a full refund of of purchase cost. 5 stars for the service.

β β β β β (On behalf of my wife whom I accompanied-she doesn't do reviews!) We visited Specsavers in the Porirua Mall on the last day of the year.The service was excellent and the staff were informative and courteous. My wife was assisted by Liam who was very professional, patient and took the time to answer our questions without rushing us despite them being busy. The place was clean and everyone was helpful. A very good range of spectacles as well, with no pressure to buy the more expensive frames. Overall, a great experience!

β β β β β I cant say enough about Specsavers Porirua. They helped my dear old snooker player friend obtain special spectacles, so he could get back to enjoying the game he has loved for most of his life. The Manager Euan and his team went to extreme lengths to aquire & supply exactly what he required. He was very happy after picking them up and is looking forward to thrashing me now he can see what he's aiming at.
Well done guy's and thank you so much for all you have done for my friend.
Great team - Great Management and Great service.
It's nice to find a company that cares about what they do and who they do it for especially in these uncertain times we are all experiencing

β β β β β Popped in to see if I could get a contact lens as my new one was bugging me and I live twenty five minutes away.
I was helped by a lovely lady in the front, but the optometrist couldn't take the time to chat me, he didn't have my prescription for my contract lenses on file and made out that I didn't have one. I think the real reason is because I buy them online from Specsavers as it is more convenient. Porirua is where I normally go.
Was not willing to even chat to help me , insisted I book a new eye test. Forget about my need to have my immediate problem resolved.
Good thing is that I get to decide where I spend my money and it will never be Specsavers Porirua again, they do not know how to treat customers properly.

β β β β β One of the very few New Zealand businesses that I have dealt with that have customer service approaching and or meeting European standards. I had an issue with my glasses which they solved quickly and easily. Excellent customer service that was much appreciated and when I need a new pair of glasses I will be making a special trip down from Auckland to get them from here.

β β β β β Had an eye test done a few months ago. The optician was very good, updated my file with information I provided regarding developments. My first set of glasses, and he was very helpful. The staff member who helped me select frames was lovely and patient! I spent quite some time trying on various frames, and she picked one I would never have tried and they were perfect! Got a pair of sunglasses with the prescription lenses also for no extra cost. Glasses arrived in just over a week. Happy with the service and staff were friendly and helpful.

β β β β β Great experience from Specsavers Porirua, From a quick easy eye test, to the great instore staff helping me pick out my frames! Recieved a call to let me know my glasses had arrived in store and that they could post them out to me only to have them show up just over an hour later from the lovely staff member who dropped them off! Very happy with the service and my new glasses :)

I felt rushed personally and my new glasses do not fit properly and the anti reflective film was left off.
