★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly reception but slow doctor that was half an hour late, rude and to be honest pretty useless compared to my old doctor and any other doctor I have seen. I broke my knee and she did nothing about it. No caring bedside manner or physiotherapy offered and when I asked about pain releif she shrugged it off and told me to stretch and take panadol. I'll be leaving this practice. Dr Mackenzie ruined it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had some good doctors and some terrible ones here, but most annoying is that they never run on time and never tell you how far behind they are when you sign in. So if you like life running ontime, go elesewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drs are excellent as are the nursing team. A wide variety of experience. They recognize critical issues early and mange this extremely well. Facilities are good. The wheel chair wheels need inflation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been permanent residents of New Zealand since the early 2000's. Being offered a job overseas, we leff for several years with the hope of one day returning. When given the opportunity, one of our priorities was getting back into Halswell Health with our former doctor. We were welcomed back and continue to find Halswell Health to be well equipped to handle all of our family's needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible can't get hold of anyone. Can't see your normal doctor for 2 weeks or in fact any doctor for 5 days. This practice is guilty of taking on too many patients with no thought as to how to service them!
