★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a year ago and forgot to write a review- first of all I’m a young female, I feel like they took advantage of that and didn’t treat me fairly. They didn’t listen to my concerns until my dad had to come down - not on . This place doesn’t know what they are doing , or does and replaces things that aren’t broken for expensive parts. My dad managed to find the parts they wanted me to buy for $600 dollars for $150 (and they were from the same place !!) . Got the park installed for $450 and my window (which was the broken thing still didn’t work !!) . Hamilton automotive were defensive when I asked for my original part back …. Later my dad ran voltage through it and guess what the motor worked . I took my car in to another shop and they fixed it with a new control panel for $ 35 dollars and thought it was ridiculous when I told Hamilton automotive the problem with the window was intermittent to fix the motor - an expensive part that almost never wears out . Hamilton automotive in my experience were rude and wanted to take advantage of me not knowing cars and being a ‘little girl’. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else .
Update after response: I'm not interested in a resolution, as I dont think there is one. Clearly I'm still in your guys system as I still receive WOF reminders (which reminded me to write this review).
