About Hamilton Lake Clinic
We are Hamilton-based General Practice Located in the heart of the town. We provide a wide range of service to our clients which Include General practice, mole screening, skin cancer diagnosis, skin cancer surgery, Minor Surgery, Travel medicine consults, Home visits to those registered patients who are unable to come in because of health reasons ( Palliative patients). We believe in maintaining a long-term Doctor-patient relationship and focus on providing continuity of care to our patients. We believe that affordable health care should be provided to all and are striving to provide best possible access to those who need it the most at best price allowed under the current funding system to the clinic.
The clinic has been established with a view that the health care should be accessible to all patients when they need it. We believe that to make this possible it is important to maintain a certain doctor-patient ratio and we intend not to exceed that. The clinic is all about practising fair and responsible medicine and support people to the best of our ability within the community by providing a wide range of services and procedures under one roof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy lying Indian nurse, phoned up before arriving to confirm if they take walk ins. drove there and then waited in queue 45 minutes outside with others, I went inside to enquire why no service and was told they had to prepare the vaccine. Inside was dark and dirty, this is Hamilton not Calcutta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant stop my self to say the availability of doctors is really good, i recommend this clinic to others also i want to say that one punjabi speaking receptionist with short hair is too helpful and professional, dont know the name. Wonderful experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude attitude and behavior from the staff. We went in for the second dose of the covid vaccine and were refused the vaccine because they said it was "too early". We calculated the days from the first dose and it had been enough days. We even got a message from the government reminding us for the second dose. Clearly these people cant even calculate simple math

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Hamilton Lake Clinic is very responsive in times of need (Covid-19 in particular). Once I updated my records in MoH website, they rang me twice to check how I was going. Then I ran out of meds and they scheduled a phone consultation and advised me they will arrange a home delivery. I've been seeing Dr Sandhu for years now and I like her. Thanks so much team. I greatly appreciate the effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always found that whenever we are trying to call they not pickup on time but we neglected this problem always, but my daughter got covid from last two days today she is too much sick she crying from long time we are trying to call them but they guys put our call on hold. We are also positive we are unable to go anywhere if something happen to our daughter who responisible for that. Very annoying service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are great, particularly Dr Singh and his wife Dr Sandhu! The most kind and caring doctor's I've ever had that go above and beyond to help you. The only suggestion I have for this clinic is that sometimes the reception staff aren't very courteous and do things like put me on hold straight after answering the phone then forget about me and I have to call back. (I can get over the receptionists as the doctors are truely the best I've had)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to enjoy this clinic after the previous doctor retired, but now I despise it and would never suggest it to anyone. This is by far the worst clinic I've ever visited, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that they're extremely unprofessional. They charged me without no medical advice on several occasions, and after discussing my symptoms, I was informed that I would have to "live with it." They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. You must wait because the reception is unattended. Staff are also very are uneducated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been at the clinic for a 2 years now. My original gp retired and Hamilton Lake Clinic took over. A few of the doctors are very dismissive, they turn a 15 minute appointment into 5 minutes. I usually go home without my questions answered, meaning I have to make another appointment and pay again just so I can tell the doctor about what they didn’t listen to me about last time. Some of the doctors are good and listen but most don’t. The receptionist are very very bad, they keep putting you on hold and when you tell them you need to speak to the nurse they tell you, that you will get a call back and you actually never do. Some of the receptionist have a rude tone and give you attitude. It’s not professional especially because your dealing with sick people. This is before the COVID spread btw. I understand now they are very busy but my experience is before the spread.
