★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for a couple of days and wouldnt recommend this accommodation to others. Had one guy who I was told was a permanent resident there try to make 'weird' conversations with me, then as I was doing my washing he was walking around back and forth like hes on meth. Then at night as I was having a smoke he stunk of alcohol and was still walking around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hall we were given for our event was roomy and had enough lighting. There are heaters in the room and a kitchen as well for preparing and serving food. The staff are both professional and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for 10 days and as a frequent traveller I was amazed by this hostel! By far the best I've stayed in, I would recommend staying here if you want to mingle with some of the nicest people around Hamilton. Our room was a great price, the cleanliness of the place was great, the kitchen area was nicely spaced (at least on the 3rd floor) and the staff were helpful, and friendly from the moment we walked up the driveway! I have come across good hostels and bad hostels but I assure you this is one of the good ones. We are looking forward to our stay again in the near future, and thank you to everyone who made the experience so good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for over a month, Staff and people are friendly. Location of the hostel is in good proximity to Pac n Save, the lake and CBD. Cleaners do a great job to maintain the shared facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are careless rude obnoxious unfriendly and not the best to look at when walking through reception. Awful atmosphere and the place is full of dirty old men who live there full time. Would never recommend this hostel
