★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know who handles the drivers but this review is at them. Some of the drivers have deplorable tendencies. One day I took two buses and the first driver stopped at some shops to grab a drink which is understandable but connotes a lack of preparation and the second or third after a driver switch stopped unnecessarily three times during the journey during a stop he even went on to make a phone call. This isn't even the first driver to do this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using the transport centre for a few years now, and usually drivers are nice and courteous, but for the last two weeks the Pukete bus 4.55pm service has been five plus minutes late , that might not sound like a long time but when you're cold and wanting to go home to get warm it does matter. On Monday night the female driver came out with " come on let's go" rushing me when I was ready five minutes prior, tonight being Tuesday the Male driver proceeded to do the same but in his case he was 10 minutes late! I have always shown respect to all driver's. The drivers on Pukete route in the morning are lovely. I am considering changing to the te rapa bus and walking a bit further, can't see the drivers getting pulled up on this.

So my twins my 6year old and i caught the bus from melville to frankton and from frankton back to melville (paid cash) it cost us $48 there and back thats bloody expensive if u dont have a bee card something has too be done about thi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BusIt does not care about the complaints of their passengers. They apologise but take no accountability for their wrong doings and always provide some excuse. They have a few great drivers but there's a lot of rude ones too. Passengers are expected to show driver's respect but it doesn't seem that BusIt cares if their drivers show passengers respect. They forget that this is a customer service and we pay for it.
