★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed my bus because my bus had no display on it saying which stop it was for, the drivers were surrounded by customers and drivers were starting to snap at enquiring customers. This whole station seems to turn into a total mess when it gets remotely busy. There's no announcements on arrivals, it's expected that you just hassle every driver as soon as they get off the bus if you don't know if it's yours or not. An absolute mess and joke of a system. Intercity charged me more to get the next bus. I don't know how they don't get more complaints. This place is so disorganised lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus terminal is quite nice and clean. Easy to find your way to the platform you need and all staff is very helpful. There are several toilets which are also clean and well maintained. Also this station is very close to department stores like The Warehouse.
