★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed my bus because my bus had no display on it saying which stop it was for, the drivers were surrounded by customers and drivers were starting to snap at enquiring customers. This whole station seems to turn into a total mess when it gets remotely busy. The problem is there's no announcements on arrivals, I complained to the desk and they told me to hassle every driver as soon as they get off the bus if I can't tell if its mine or not. An absolute mess and joke of a system which is clearly pushing the drivers to breaking point. Intercity charged me more to get the next bus. I don't know how they don't get more complaints. This place is so disorganised lol. No use of the PA system, to tell people in the lobby which bus has arrived, just.... If you have kids or heavy bags you're in for a stressful time if it's busy.
