Unlike Smith & Smith who couldn't see my car for two weeks and wanted me to pay ten times what repair actually cost, in advance.

I have an old 1994 campervan so I expected that there would be issues getting a new windscreen.
I called yesterday, and to my surprise they had multiple in stock. As I had a 3pm meeting, and it was 12:30, i asked how long it would take and if it would be ready by 2:30. They said "yep, no issues". I popped across, and was there by 13:15, basically with 1 1/4 hrs to go, and was very sceptical that I would make the meeting.
The beautiful new windscreen was in by 14:12, I was out the door by 14:15.
