★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced (occurred last year).
I went there to purchase a product I had seen advertised. From the moment I entered the store, a young sales assistant chased after me (literally ran at me) and closely followed me around the store (I suspect the manager/owner had signaled him that I was a shop-lifter ... as if people working on a construction site never wear scruffy clothing). Even when I explained why I was there, and showed him a print-out of the product I was looking for, (with the business name on it), he repeatedly insisted that they did not have that item.
He was extremely rude and aggressive, and did everything short of scream at me to make me feel as unwelcome as possible. He was like the drunk guy in a bar who is looking for ANY excuse to pick a fight with whoever is available.
It turns out that I couldn't find the item for about 10 minutes because he was blocking my view of it by standing in front of it. I received no apology for the inconvenience he caused, (of course), and I felt like I had somehow avoided being assaulted by the guy (whose anger had been escalating the whole time I was there), when I finally found the product.
The ONLY reason I completed the purchase was because I urgently needed it, and there appeared to be no other supplier of that product on the North Shore.
I will never EVER return to that store. I'm at a loss to understand how they're still in business. (I apologise for the essay-length of this review, but, damn, my experience was just THAT bad.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely bad service store. No prices on most of their products. Product price doubled than other shop since owner changed.
Want to refund new products with receipt, they didn't want to refund. Only giving credit when you want to refund. The new owner is so rude and rediculous Chinese.
Would NEVER NOT recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless store. No prices on most of their products. Advertised 1000 screws for $89 when I went to the store they only had bags of 250 that they wanted $30 for so they wanted $120 for $89 worth of screws.
Would NOT recommend this store.

way too expensive than mitre 10 n Bunning. Nothing like before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, knowledge and pricing. Well worth stopping at a place like this, rather than the mega style stores where teenage pimply Kevin/Karen, or grumpy semi retired grandad, wouldn't know a power saw from a power line. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute delight to speak with them. Specially Tom, he helped me and took time to explain, despite the fact he could not sell me nothing, pointed me in the right direction and solved my problem we could not solve at my work for a month.
I recommend them for a good quality advise, and not to mention the prices of their stuff are really good!
