★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was appalled that the older staff member was slouching over the counter on her cell phone while the young shop assistant coped with customers. It appeared that she was visiting not working. When my daughter finally got served by the same woman who we realised was a salesperson they didnt have the size of the shoe she wanted.
