★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I were greeted with a friendly smile, "hello" and "how are you?" They allowed us to look around and then asked if we needed help. The young lady helped with our requests and helped my son with choosing a suitable size that he's very happy with. The young man working was very pleasant and friendly as well. Nice vibe ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointed with the customer service experience I received from this store. Came inside with my family and the worker standing by the door did not utter a single word the whole time we were inside the store. Have received the same treatment from Footlocker Sylvia Park as well. Definitely needs a big step up when it comes to customer service since Culture Kings and Jd sports have entered the New Zealand market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed that I had rang Westcity footlocker at least 3 times(and no answer approx 1.45pm) to enquire about something to save me a 15min drive to find out that the product wasn't available. That was fine,but the store wasn't busy when I got there,so why then did no one answer when I rang? Could've saved me time and energy...but because of the lack of professionalism looks like Rebel sport will be taking my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here a few weeks ago, I don't have much to say except that customer service could be improved. The store was empty the whole time I was there. Two workers were just talking and giggling amongst themselves the whole time without any greetings or even a glimpse at me. I don't expect to be treated like some celebrity but a simple welcome would've been much better than not acknowledging me at all. I didn't feel welcomed. Other than that, it was just another footlockers store. I did end up buying something though and the other worker who attended the checkout for me was very nice, however I'm not sure if I'd want to come back.
