★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately The Baby Factory didn't have what I was after (a tuxedo/suit for a 2 year old). HOWEVER, the amazing customer service here lead me to another store where I was able to find exactly what I was after thanks to their recommendation. I commend their product knowledge (saved me from trawling the store to no avail) and going above & beyond to help me find what I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. We bought some clothes but one of the item didn't get discount. We asked the lady it's more price and we don't want it. She said, she can't return money. Which is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy a baby bendy ball. I asked the ladies if they had any in stock and they said no, so I settled on a different toy. As I was leaving the shop I found a whole bunch of baby bendy toys so I grabbed one and went back to the counter to ask if I could be refunded for the toy I had just brought and then buy the bendy ball I had originally come in for. The lady then said they cannot offer a refund (even though it says on their reciept their refund policy which I well and truly was in grounds for). Very unhelpful, will not be shopping there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is so convenient and the location is just superb. Staff are are polite and friendly. It's very well equipped and the display and layout is great. Huge variety. Also it's a great value for money especially during the sale season. Definitely a must for people with little ones.

Not allow to touch anything otherwise you have to buy it. the older madam shouted to my 3 and 6 yrs old kids saying not allow to touch the book. And my little 15 toddler bite the rear of paper package and She shouted to me saying You Have To Buy It ! . I totally understand there maybe some rules but the attitude she has is totally Rude and unacceptable. will never ever go their shop again.

When I asked for help, they’re never overly helpful either, couldn’t recommend alternative products to ones they didn’t have in stock and felt like they just wanted to go back to their gossip session.
