★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to say that Jack @ Happy Travels Queenstown gave us the best travel booking experience in booking our excursions I have ever had when traveling. He was kind and gave us great feedback on all the different items we could do, seems like he had done almost everything himself! It is great when you have someone to talk to who knows the truth on all the activities and can point you in the right direction. Honestly, if you have a few days in Queenstown and want to do some fun activities, this is your "one stop shop". So, ask for Jack, book your trips, and enjoy yourself. He will make sure that you do. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strong-armed us into booking a more expensive package than we wanted - and booked the totally wrong day. They don’t actually get anything cheaper so no point in coming here. They booked online through the activity websites anyway so what’s the point.

Don’t go here. Not only did this guy make out like we were getting this super good deal he gave us (supposed) passes to the Ice Bar which wee thought gave us free entry and drinks, little did we know it gave us neither. Don’t trust what these guys say. Also super unfriendly, they are just there to make the sales.
