I called ahead to ask for information and it seemed helpful.
I arrived at their desk and they informed me I needed 4 other documents which I asked on the phone if I needed. I travelled an hour just for this issue!
Employees were absolutely useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say it is very unprofessional and a very slow service. The closing time for western union is 3:30pm not 4:00pm don't get confused.
Even though your standing there and its 3:30 its time to go home. I understand that staff was in a training phase but someone also has to be there. It took staff ages to make one transaction. They need a documents like ( Passport, bank transaction with issue date, your address, and many other) Just ask for a checklist that will help you the best to understand what you need. It was a hassle to come and go back and forth. when I asked how long it might take and staff was like "You can come some other day when I have time" While staff might know I have been there for 3 times because of the incomplete documents.
I appreciate people learning but please need a quick assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally pathetic. I would recommend to change the staff or close the business. Amazing thing is that we have been there for 3 to 4 times. Every time it takes about 30mins for 1 person to get his money. So if there is a person or 2 in front of you, be sure to take something to munch and drink. Cause you will end up waiting for 1 hour or 1.5 hours.
Last time my wife went there was on September. We were able to get our money out but we had to get our address changed first. Today my wife went there again and they still had the old address on there system. They asked for another ID apart from (Passport, Bank Statement, Mobile Number, and they also had the previous transactions history) but she couldn't get her money out.
What is more terrifying is that we expect things to improve while days go by. A new mall is getting built. Mc Donald's is in town but Travelex is still the same for the past 3 YEARS.
