Spacious unit with comfy bed, inviting looking spa/jacuzzi bath tub which I did not try. Great you can charge back meals to it or get deliveries. Rental bikes are available, too, and on request they can securely store your own bikes. Very warm and friendly welcome.

I	India Loveday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we entered for our 2-night stay there was chewing gum on the headboard, rubbish under the beds, sand on the floors. The place had been serviced but was not clean. The amenities were good quality but not kept up well, including blocked drainage in the shower, and extra costs were also not clearly advertised. The reaction from staff gave the impression this was not the first or the last time guets had mentioned similar issues. Recommend looking elsewhere for Tauranga accommodation.

Great for business or pleasure. the location is in the middle of town - which is quiet - and only 2 min from shops and restaurants. Great.

K	Kara Rewharewha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unit was ok. Shower curtain smelled. I was asked to pay a $200 Bond?? Extremely annoyed, never had to pay a bond at any other motel I've stayed at. My credit card is suffice. And I will get my bond back 7 days later, if there are no damages. Is this the normal or maybe they only ask those based on the colour of their skin. Blatant racism at its finest. Then their was domestic violence in a unit & randoms in other units that looked dodgy. I asked owner if motel is Emergency Housing, she said No. I do not believe her. I will never stay here again & I expect my bond money back.
