K	Katharina Hecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose to stay here because of location and price and we're happy with it. Access to our upstairs room was over a simple staircase. The room is simple and the colour of the building and outside plants give it a Mediterranean feel, when sitting at the small tables as we did in the morning sun for breakfast, with the light inner city morning traffic going past, which we did not see as disturbance. Parking is a bit tight. It is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. I think you have to get your groceries beforehand, if you want to cook yourself, as I can not recall a supermarket close by. It was a nice gesture, that we were allowed to leave our vehicle for some more time the day of departure after the 10am checkout.

M	Mike Corrigan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wifi. Iron is kept in the office. I didnt realise this and beeded one for an early morning start. Quite dated. I dont mind budget accommodation but expect to pay budget rates. No wifi was a shocker
N	Need2 Relax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our third year visiting, staying in Unit 8. Perfect location. Comfortable bed, fresh towels daily, tea and coffee. A harbour view and 2-3min stroll to cafés, restaurants, bars and shops. Managers Colleen and Allan were very accommodating to our requests. It suited our requirements.
R	Ridge Ds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit of a dump, room was tiny and had a locked door directly opposite my bed that kept rattling throughout the night, no kitchen facilities whatsoever. Definitely in need of being bulldozed down and start over with nicer more modernised rooms.

The actual unit had a strange lay out, tiny bathroom, recently redecorated, kitchen needs updating but for one night not complaining, would return. Thanks for letting me use a hair dryer
c	carla ruka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colleen was rude and nosey asking irrelevant questions towards stay, check in time was 2pm she wasn't even there and office was closed i had to wait! There was hairs in the cups and bowls and were dirty,they were clearly rinsed in water and not even attempted to be washed! Really good considering were in a pandemic! Bed was hard as rock no flannels for the shower.We returned from having dinner down the road in town at around 8.30ish and soon as we entered the room, the phone rang which I answered. It was Colleen who asked In a insecure tone how we were and more to the point to state that everyone is quieting down now.

Can't say the same about Colleen though, she came across as distant and disinterested, which I found confusing. Still an excellent place to stay overall.
