★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having rented through Harcourts over the past year or so, I can honestly say what a well organised, pleasant to deal with and overall outstanding lettings agency this has been from a tenant's POV.
Alrene Guinan was my property manager and what a personable, thoughtful and capable agent at that. All communication was easy and seamless, I had a heads up for viewings, never had any issues getting in touch and was very helpful with adding a couple extra weeks to my tenancy end date. From my brief forays in to the office, the rest of the staff seemed lovely as well. Highly recommended!!!

Being a fellow volunteer with Girl Guiding I was confident that Julie’s values would align with my own and I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment they walked through the door on our first meeting through to settlement we couldn’t have been supported better. They advised us on preparing our home for market, worked tirelessly with potential buyers, prepared us for auction day and so much more. They made themselves available throughout the process and were always prompt when answering questions. Julie was my sanity saver on so many occasions, I can’t thank her enough.
Julie and Anthony are both genuine, personal individuals who exude enthusiasm for what they do and with the back-up of a wonderful Harcourts team we got a result that we were more than happy with. We had been looking for a place for quite a while, we popped into see a place listed with Lydia on our way to another open home that day as this one was on our route and we had some time to spare. We assumed it was going to be a neighbourhood out of our budget but we got lucky here, with both Lydia and the house! Lydia was inviting, friendly and approachable from the minute we stepped foot in that door. She wanted to help us and was just as excited when things started working in our favour! In the 18 month search for a house, I am confident in saying Lydia went above and beyond compared with any other agent we had previously dealt with. Her customer service, enthusiasm and genuine personality shines on every interaction, whether via text/email or in person. On top of that she was informative, honest and clear about everything we needed to know. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Lydia I would jump on that opportunity, highly recommended from us :)

Can't really imagine how Brendan Hart Harcourts Gold and Cameron Bailey Harcourts Gold Real Estate could get any better. We thought long and hard about choosing an agent, but for me, it was a no brainer as I always remembered how driven Brendan was as a cyclist many years ago (as I watched him disappear up the road, time and time again) and I just knew those same traits would be transferred to his professional life after cycling. Hadn't spoken to him for probably 25yrs, but wasn't at all surprised when he walked into our home, immediately put us at ease, created no false expectations, and took total control of the process. To be honest, the exact opposite of how I remember real estate agents! ?Like all successful enterprises, there's usually a team in the engine room keeping the ship afloat and boy is this team impressive!! Professional, responsive, empathetic, and simply outstanding in everything they do.
That's our children in the picture below standing by the result.
Irrespective of the $$ (which we were very happy with)- we knew no stone had been left unturned.
So anyone looking to buy or sell a home - can't recommend this team highly enough.
