★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use this useless agency. Landlords beware they don’t tell you what to fix when they are supposed to, they let your property go downhill fast. They don’t give you notice if someone needs access to the property and don’t pass on messages or notices from tenants. You end up at the tenancy tribunal for this agency’s mistakes. Don’t use these guys find another agency.

Jackie's approach is to treat tenants with respect. I'd recommend working with her to any tenant or landlord.

I have been with Gold now for several years and they have always been compassionate and caring. Jackie Youngman is our property manager and I would recommend her to anyone, tenant or landlord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst agency I have ever been with. Things started looking up when I had a new property manager but thinking about it she really didn't do anything, besides addressed the 14 day notice I issued for the Heat pump being broken for 6 weeks. Only good thing about the agency was that they were so useless they made me save hard to buy my own property. Took $550 of my bond at the end of the tenancy for lawns that grew while I had vacated the premises and cleaning that was more pedantic than any agency. My property manager passively aggressively threatened me twice hence why I withdrew my application from Tenancy Services even though Tenancy Services said I should carry on because it sounds like what she has done is completely not OK. I just couldn't be bothered dealing with it anymore after all the stress it was putting me through. Go to any other agency but these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having just signed up with Jackie at Harcourts I have found her service amazing. She found us a tenant really quickly and when that feel through found a new tenant just as fast. When we first signed up she went out of her way to come and meet us in Dunedin in her own time. That was really appreciated.

Nicole has always been very professional and understanding and even found me a new property to move into when our old one was sold! She always responds to calls/texts very fast and I've not got a single bad thing to say. Best property manager I've ever had!

Having rented through Harcourts over the past year or so, I can honestly say what a well organised, pleasant to deal with and overall outstanding lettings agency this has been from a tenant's POV.
Alrene Guinan was my property manager and what a personable, thoughtful and capable agent at that. All communication was easy and seamless, I had a heads up for viewings, never had any issues getting in touch and was very helpful with adding a couple extra weeks to my tenancy end date. From my brief forays in to the office, the rest of the staff seemed lovely as well. Highly recommended!!!
