The issue was raised with their complaints resolution team and brushed off as misunderstanding!!! Not professional at all.

We received comprehensive guidance on when we should be on the matket and also the house was staged and marketed quite well. I was really impressed with their follow ups with prospective buyers and report on weekly openhomes. Collective and Team YIP are at the top of their game, we were always kept updated about how things are going and all we had to do was sit back, relax and sign on the dotted line once we found an ideal buyer, Collective's strategies also meant that we got better than expected price for our property. No matter what the current market condition, Gillan Cross worked her way to sell our home meeting our expectation. She was honest in her evaluations and brought us buyers and negotiated the final sale so promptly. She worked with us together to take a decision during a difficult and crucial time.
