β β β β β Their website says that you can be a registered patient even if not eligible to enroll. Apparently this is wrong. As an international student, I'm not eligible, but the receptionist wouldn't let me register either, and directed me to an urgent care on the other side of town. I ended up going to another practice around the corner.

β β β β β Friendly staff. They will always fit you in. However, my three year old son was treated by one doctor for what appeared to be a seizure-like episode. When it happened in the morning at kindy, I wasn't there. Doctor Graham Loveridge basically told us, that there's nothing wrong with him. "His blood pressure could have suddenly dropped and caused dizziness." - his explanation for the episode. We are talking about a three year old....not an 80 year old. I should probably mention, that I am a trained nurse. We were treated like overly concerned parents, quite patronizing. My son had another episode the next day and we took him to the hospital, where he was admitted straight away.

β β β β β I have been with this practise for 6 years. The receptionists are lovely and Dr Arnold is the only DR there that has always been really friendly, listens and is caring enough to try and get to the bottom of complex things but can be quite booked up and hard to get in to see at times so you often end up needing to see the other practise DRs. This would be fine if they weren't terrible or if they could actually be bothered helping!! The others I do not personally recommend at all, and after how I was treated today and quite honestly some prior appointments by one of the DRs in particular from this surgery I am now un enrolling from this practise. It is totally unacceptable to tell a patient that their concerns don't matter!!!

β β β β β Quite unacceptable that you refuse to treat patient who has visa but not the one that you want when urgent medical care themselves advised me to find a GP to follow my condition. People don't get sick on purpose and it's not like you didn't have place for new patient. Definitely didn't do the right thing here... Very disappointing !

β β β β β We just want to give a quick shout out to Dr Sophie Hart at HSM who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We're so lucky to have her. She is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for her patients. We haven't had the easiest health journey, but knowing we have Dr Hart in our camp has made everything much easier. The service, care and overall communication of HSM as a practice has also been fantastic. We're very lucky to have found them.
