★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Paid for a 60 minute massage when I got only 50 mins done. I always check the time before I lie down to get a massage so I know for sure it was only 50 minutes. But when I brought it up to the Lisa (the lady that massaged me) she seemed angry and because she cant speak English I didn't understand what she was saying to their other colleague about the situation. So I just left it and paid for 60min.
2. Another thing is my massage was literally Lisa just rubbing my back, shoulders and head. I asked her to go harder but she didn't understand and kept doing the same thing, I basically had someone rubbing my back and shoulders for 30 mins and then she spent 30 mins on my head where she turned my head to one side each and just rubbed/scratched my scalp. When I told her my neck was getting sore from being turned for 15 minutes she didn't understand and kept going.
Ive come here before and have had a great massage by Sarah (hence why its 2 stars not 1) but each masseuse massages different so its always a hit and miss. I'm so disappointed in my massage and angry that I spent that much money to be just rubbed down and end up having a sore neck at the end of it.
