★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harper Properties is amazing, my property manger Brooke is super fantastic, when I first moved in I was under someone else, my place had things wrong with it the manger before Brooke, wouldn’t listen or fix anything and that went on for months. As soon as I was told that we are moving over to Harper Properties I hit them with everything within a week of them taking over, and within 3 days everything was finally sorted out without any problems or lies, so thanks to Brooke and her fantastic team at Harper Properties are damn great and fantastic.
Thank you Brooke and the Harper team, you all are amazing thank you.

She never let us down and always can everything done properly, especially she can carefully select the right tenants, and can give me the very detailed reports with the useful recommends after the regular property inspections, greatly appreciate her to give us a lot of useful ideas to save my maintenance cost. In the last 3 years, I never had any problems from my tenants. Sandra, thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family used Harper's Hamilton for the best part of four years, after our mother moved from her home to Rotorua to live with family.
We were very happy with the service provided.We received regular updates on the tenancy, how it was going and what sort of state the property was in.
It was also great to receive regular photographic evidence.
Whenever there was an issue Sandra Senton was most efficient in letting us know and always had suggestions as to the best way forward.
We sold the family home late last year but were very grateful to have it under Sandra's careful and solicitous management.
We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Harper's Hamilton.
