★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a horrible experience as a tenant. Very rude and un-helpful. Gregory who was our landlord would often threaten us and accuse us of lying. There were many issues with the property that was hidden by the old tenants as we had come to discover. The curtains were moldy and I had to often chase him up, i ended up just giving up and lived with moldy curtains the whole year. There was no curtain netting again for the duration of the year. Every week we received an email stating that we had not paid rent, and that it was overdue, accompanied by an email of our receipt for our payment! We also had last minute house viewings with 2 hours worth of notice. Accused us of being "absolutely filthy" for minor things, refer to images. Also would break the law and take advantage of tenants who are new to renting to best fit their interest, captured example is giving less than 24hrs notice before having someone come and view the property. I would not recommend Greg as a property manager, he is a first class con-artist. I wish I had studied the other reviews before signing a contract with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gregroy is an excellent property manager, and without any doubt Gregory and his team are doing great job. They are very professional, unfailingly helpful and considerate, and expert in their field. Any problems or issues with the property and they are on the case, arranging repairs when needed and offering helpful advice when queried on tenancy matters.
Extremely professional and prompt service that is hassle free, regular inspections and easy to use online portal, with all required info available, has kept me happy and put my mind at ease.
I am actually surprised to see a lot of people calling him RUDE, whereas he not AT ALL, He’s just firm with his words and very straight forward, and in my opinion it’s the REFLECTION OF INDIVIDUAL’S PERCEPTION, when they have issue within themselves they think whole word is faulty.
More power to Gregory and Team. Highly Recommended
