Not good for heat pump install. Rough job. One heat pump leaked. Seem ok at first but then things start to break down and was low on gas. 5 year Warranty is only for Panasonic for their install just 1 year and they lie about it. Then over charge to fix their shoddy install and parts.

Poor communication, unreliable, and poor customer service. In need of a repair on a washing machine originally bought from Harvey Norman and was referred to ‘I Fix4U’. Contacted them, they sent a repair person to have a look and we were advised he would need to order a part for it. We contacted them a week later to see when the part would arrive and were told despite them being in constant communication with the part suppliers they could not give us an approximate date/time. We have then had no further communication from ‘I Fix4U’ for 38 days, causing us to constantly go to a laundromat wasting our own money and time. Have been informed Harvey Norman have tried to contact this company as well and have had no reply. We have recently contacted ‘I Fix4U’ for a follow up; no apology was given, no solution was given. Yet again we are left with the typical ‘we will get back to you on Monday’ line and a washing machine that can’t be used. Frustrated and disappointed customer.

After being mess about by TECHNOFIX MANUKAU. Took my LG TV in to I FIX 4 U on Harris rd, for a back-light issue, paid the $50 for assessment even though I explained it only needs back-light LEDs changed. So we left the TV with them and waited for a quote, and we waited and waited after a week and a half I rang and was told they will have a quote by the end of the week, still nothing rang again, now two weeks from the drop off, told Ill get a quote soon another 3 days quote arrives total $427 minus the $50 paid, also told NO OTHER PROBLEM everything is good ONLY back-light issue. I called and said Ill drop clips off to the store. On arrival received a strange reception from the staff as I inquired about my TV was approached by the staff that they will look for a new panel, questioned why to be safe, I explain that the panel in good no problem and they say we will change if we find it to help you. I questioned if they have damage my panel to tell me, again they say no we do this to be sure your TV fix. I said I'm not paying anything more than the quote and the panel is fine, as we watching the TV when the back light went out. they say they will find a panel and change for me (Now I am super suspicious) I left stating I want the TV back-light repaired that's all. over the weekend received an email stating now that they wont repair the TV unless I pay up front $270 and supply the LEDs plus agree to sign a waiver from them having all or any liability to the repair ... I was like WTF. so now I am finding repair company to re-assess my TV (it will go from I FIX 4 U directly to another company for another assessment ) and upon their findings the dispute tribunal will be the only option left it its found that this company has damaged the panel, try to shift the blame... (I honestly hope not, but after how they dealt with this I cant rule it out) JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Fixed my Coffee maker under warranty very efficiently. I'll be back if problems arise beyond warranty period. Stall are friendly and very helpful

We are so glad we went with Ifix4U !! Anit was fantastic to deal with,so professional and helpful and knew exactly what we needed for our home.The installers were great too. Got in there and got it done quickly with no mess. The installation went smoothly and done within 2 hours and the quality of work is so high standard. Highly recommend Ifix4u to anyone!! :)

They’ve had my lg tv for 6dqys. On the 6th day I rang them up and he asked if I received an email saying it’s not fixable. It would have been faster to ring me. Slow service and then asked me to pick it up coz they need the space. And then he reckons he’ll dispose of it haha the cheek of this guy. Wants it for parts aye Smart fella NOT!!!

My coffee machine has a leaking coffee powder problem let this company fixed for me when I received phone call they said the problem was fixed and helped me changed new parts,but when I back home I tried to make coffee I found the problem is still there,also added a new problem,the coffee grander amount lost control,very disappointed

Great job. ifix4u have done my 6 property, I approached 6 different companies and no one agreed to do the job as the job was technically difficult. Ifix4u ltd was the only one who agreed to take on the challenge. The suspended unit was installed in a conservatory. The only unit that could be installed was the ceiling suspended one. I met the team a few times to plan the job before going ahead with the supply and install. The job was neatly finished and in an efficient manner with no extra requirement for patch-up work. Pipes from the unit were well hidden in the soffit. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this team.
