Applicable to tyres damaged under normal driving conditions with a legal remaining tread depth (1.5mm). Excludes the following situations: (a) a motor vehicle accident between two vehicles; (b) tyre damage attributed to abuse ie. excessive driving on a flat tyre, misalignment etc.; and (c) vandalism or wilful damage. Only applies to tyres supplied and fitted by Tony’s Tyre Service. Tyre Cover Plus does not cover instances where an after-market self sealing gel has been used on the tyre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 4 new tyres from this store and as a part of that purchase i was offered a free tyre rotation. Really this service is just a way yo mislead you into having to pay for extra services.
After turning up to the store for our tyre rotation the team member advised us to get a “wheel alignment” and as i went to pay for the added service he said it wasn't a wheel alignment it was a actually a wheel balance. The team member was then patronising and said that he wasn't a little child after i questioned him. I understood the services were two different things but if you are told you are getting a service done then it should be honoured. I will be writing the FTA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They get one star simply because the staff in the workshop were friendly and welcoming, unfortunately there was a lack of customer service from the manager, both over the phone and in-store. I used to come to this branch a lot and have referred friends & workmates here in the past but I will definitely be going elsewhere next time! ?

Went back today to check if there is still leak after they fixed my rocker cover gasket 2 weeks ago.. Of course NO more leaks (thanks to the mechanic, forgot your bro :) ! Bunch of honest and friendly guys.. Highly recommended!
