I had recently had my car stolen and my insurance company sent my car to Harts for repairs and I could not be more happy with their service and quality. My car was repaired and groomed and was given back to me yesterday in the perfect condition from prior to it being stolen. I would 10/10 recommend Harts body shop!

Walked into the restroom while waiting for my car, and to my surprise there was a Dog in the restroom! The looks look the canine gave made me feel extremely uncomfortable and scared; I ended up leaving the premesis until I knew my car had been finished

Initial greeting when I walked into the store was poor. Employees too busy talking to great me. I was told to contact the insurance company as they would get in touch with this business for a job to be created - something I had already done, hence I was at their store as per insurance instructions. Was advised a door would need to be ordered about two weeks later, (once insurance and this company had discussed the cost). I was told I would be phoned once a door had arrived. I received a text message a week or so later advising the door had arrived and to drop my car in. I text back advising it would be the next afternoon as I was working. I dropped the car in the next afternoon as I said I would. Was told I would get a call advising when the car was ready. At 5pm this same day, I had not heard back. Called the workshop, they are closed. I text the number I had previously text, and was advised they were closed and I could not get my car. I was further advised it would take until close of business on Friday - (today is Wednesday), to paint and put on my new car door. I was spoken to rudely by the owner over text, and was a hassle to deal with. I was never told the car would take days to replace the door or I would have booked it in at a time when my family and I were not needing the vehicle. Would not recommend and will never use again.

Hi its JT, Had your service a few weeks back, what can i say, it wasnt pleasent, asked to get my suzuki swift in midnight purple, and it came out looking like Barney. The looks i got, even the receptionists were laughing at me =/.

Highly recommend Harts. The team were so good to deal with and provided fabulous service. Clearly being under new ownership is working for this place, shame about all the negative reviews as this does not reflect the business as it is now. Thanks lads.

I’ve just picked up my beautifully cleaned car after having a little ding fixed. The panelbeating and painting were perfect, my little ding is gone. Top notch service with a smile, I’ll defiantly return if i ever need panelbeating done again. Thanks guys!

Insurance job to get the ignition and doors repaired after a break in. The man was super aggressive when I asked why my spare key didn't work in the locks anymore. He was unwilling to talk about the problem without being super aggressive and blaming me. Dude has massive anger issues. I tried to calm him down multiple times but in the end I just had to leave. Trying to talk to him reasonably about my other key wasn't worth it. He showed no willingness to problem solve and would yell about the insurance process and who was going to pay. Taking that abuse over a spare key was not worth it so I left. Note that he is getting consistent feedback in other reviews about his irritable nature, rudeness, and inability to problem solve and he always responds that it was the customers fault.

I would recommend people NOT to go to this body shop, because I had to wait a month for to get my car fixed and yea I did wait a month, I took my car in to get it fixed they text me saying it will only take 4 days to get it fixed but later you know it been almost 2 weeks I haven’t got my car back. First of all they said the bumper haven’t arrived and after few more days I called again to ask if my car was ready but they lied again saying that the clipper for the bumper haven’t arrived yet, so I called again today sense it’s Friday to see if my car is finished but they LIED again saying the parts meant to arrive yesterday but still haven’t. Sense I don’t have my car I have to take some time of work. Now I guess I have to wait until later next week to get my car back. I recommend people should not get they car serviced AT THIS BODY SHOP.
