I emailed you 8 days ago. I have since emailed a second time and resent the original email and have had no response. I have under 28 days to pay this ticket. You are causing me a lot of stress right now! I am trying to find a moment to call in but I shouldn't have to. Can you please deposit the money into my account. I am not running around constantly having to chase this up. I have emailed you my account details. Please sort it this week! When I picked my key up from you last week you couldnt even look at me and I found your people skills on the phone incredibly rude. I can't believe you are the manager there! Yes another business did my WOF repairs because they charged well over $200 less than what you quoted!
Please deposit the $30 into my account ASAP. You left my car on a pay and display space. I want this sorting or else I am taking this to your head office. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit annoyed with my service in PN. I booked in a WOF and service. They phoned me up as I needed new brake pads for WOF which I agreed and they fixed and finished the warrant but they didn’t complete the service. When I queried it they just shrugged and said no, as we only quoted the wof and new breaks on phone. So annoyed that I now have to organise another day for car to be dropped off. Also thought it was weird that they had gone through my glovebox and got out my old warrant papers as this was sitting on passenger seat… why would they need to look in there or at these? I also found when I left, as it was raining, my windscreen fluid was empty, which I forgot to fill pre WOF - surprised it was able to be passed with that empty.

All the team I dealt with were both professional and friendly. Josh noticed there was some other damage that would need welding and did it without extra charge. I drove straight from Pitstop to get my WOF rechecked and my car passed with no issues.

Had my car there after it was crashed into and although it took so long (parts issue - different place) they went above and beyond to keep on top of what's happening with the parts to getting it fixed the day it all came in!
