I bought a premium item that I expected to last for years and it failed after 4 months. Customer service took at least 4 days every time I sent an email and then told me they wouldn't fix it. Ultimately I demanded a refund and the issue was escalated to someone who could give me one.
Disappointing goods and customer support, though not appalling.
