β β β β β These 5 stars are not for Torpedo 7, but for one specific amazing person who works at your store by the name of βTazβ. My husband and I bought E-bikes from here and were completely mucked around for weeks by Torpedo 7. But when they arrived, Taz went above and beyond to help me put the bike rack on my car, even though the shop had just closed. He did it all in the dark, it was a long process, and then gave me a riding lesson in the car park as I am a nervous rider. He went above and beyond, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind. Taz is a massive credit to your store and is one in a million. Thank you so much Taz! Lou :)

β β β β β Purchased 2 body boards. The same boards in 2 different colours. 1 lost its colour after only being used twice. The other formed a big bubble between the outer and inner layers after a few uses. Have been unable to get any response from Torpedo 7 regarding this

β β β β β Staff less than helpful, walked around the store 4 times looking for a spin bike only to be told they hadn't built any and it was unlikely that any other stores had any built either. When I asked how I would know what they were like they looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders. Said they had some in the box but, I'd have to take a guess. Not ideal when you're looking for spend over $1000 on a product and you can't tell what it's like. Felt very much like a warehouse where alot of the bigger stock was in boxes but smaller items like clothes were abundant. Wouldn't recommend driving out to Albany if you were looking for anything other than a t shirt

β β β β β Customer service is zero in this store, once they have your money thatβs all that matters. If you donβt deal with the same team member every time other team members just shrug their shoulders and say nothing to do with me Iβve had nothing to do with this so not interested.
I would advise if looking to buy a bike, shop elsewhere. Wouldnβt let me post with no stars so had to press 1star

β β β β β If I could give 10 stars to your staff member Calvin (or Kevin, sorry ?), I would. We came the other day to swap an item, and he was super helpful, polite and well spoken. He took the time to explain us the process and helped us to choose the items for our best benefit. Can't wait to go shopping to T7 again :) Thank you Calvin (or Kevin ?) once again!

β β β β β Have shopped here a few times & every time staff professional, helpful, friendly, with positive attitude. My most recent experience having bought shoes online & received notification to pick them up from here, on arrival store had closed due to flooding from record-breaking rain-fall. Manager & staff despite being busy with unexpected emergency, on hearing Iβd driven a long way, & only had one pair of shoes to wear to go for my runs to help with my lower moods went put of their way to bring me my shoes. This I feel is a show of true character from the manager & staff providing really great customer service during an unprecedented occurrence. Thank you!
