★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at Rebel Sport Albany. I spent $215 on a pair of Asics GT 2000 v.9 two months ago from Rebel Sport Albany. The left shoe is tearing apart from the inside. I go to the store to get a refund and guess what? The manager says that he has some options. To give me a refund or to send the shoes back to the manufacturer for assessment. With this particular vendor (Asics), she says, I decided to send it back to the vendor for inspection and it takes at least 1 week. When I insist to get a refund straight away, she refuses to do so. When I said, this is obviously the manufacturer's fault, SAM (the "DEPUTY MANAGER") said, NO, it can be your toe! When I say I am not convinced and still ask for a refund, the other person (I think it was Keith) said to me "Do not raise your voice, I am in front of you and I can hear you..."
What? Are you serious? Rebel Sport, have you heard anything about the quality of service, customer support and anything like that? This is absolutely ridiculous.
You just lost another customer.

When I asked them not to raise there voices at me, they told me they always talked like that. Okkkaaayyy..You've just lost a loyal customer who was ready to spend $500+ today, and have spent many thousands more over the years. Good luck to ya Keith and Sam W. Goodbye Rebel Sport!

I wonder when last the leadership took a couple of customer facing shifts. Still a great store but I would not be surprised if they had a high turnover of staff.
