★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY!! WAS DIRTY AND HAD COCKROACHES!!!! We aquired a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 days. We only stayed 1 night! (and only because it was very late when we areived)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad lay out and dirty facility, no number on the unit, they only have number on the mailbox. So becareful with your bond if you want to rent this apartment. Sometimes agent like impression will deceive units that are seen in the beginning to us differently than those rented to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Tamaki Makaurau, I am the new Building Manager for Harvard on Hobson Apartments. I can confirm other comments about the states of this building was correct before Powerhouse Management took over the battles. We have had an extreme task and a vision about Harvard that we can managed and change the atmosphere to a safer and better place to lived in. We’ve done the cleaning and building wash both exterior/abseiling and breezeways we possibly already done the best for the building and now we continue looking into our residents what caused these issues and we will try to reduce the problematic scenario to a positive outcome in the near future by maintaining the building cleanliness and enforced the body corporate rules. So welcome to Harvard on Hobson Apartments ?
