★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are thinking of renting here please for your own good stay away! Me and my partner lived here for about a year and it was the most awful experience I've ever had. Don't be fooled by the lovely photos of the pool, reception area, gym and sauna the place is a dump and is never cleaned. For months we couldn't use the facility's as bits of waste would be floating in the pool. Not only are the facility's dirty but everywhere is despite the place have a massive bin area people would leave rubbish outside the door in piles creating a foul smell. But shockingly not the worst thing about the place
We where threatened with a knife multiple times by neighbors and security did nothing about them, well security did nothing at all just playing games on his phone while the apartment block is filled with noise pollution at all hrs every night(not exaggerating this was every night). We moved to nz expecting a lovely experience unfortunately this place ruined that for us by being so unsafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment is nice. Bed was super squeaky any sudden movement made alot of noise. Communication was poor. Had a booking of 2 guest, asked to add another extra 2, at our exspense of $155 which paid the 2 guest for 2 nights with a $15 of linen. Did not receive the linen. Called me via cellphone and unprofessionally asked for my debit card details because booking.com would not allow them access. I was not ok with providing that sort of info without knowing who i was dealing with. Asked to pay by cash at 3pm clock in, i was given the ok. Arrived to sort out payment of 2 extra guest was given an account to transfer money into. Was told to sort in 30mins and we would move onto sorting the bond. The emails being received were sporadic so was hard to sort everything out. The link they sent was invalid to confirm credit card details for bond. Soon as i sent $$ for extras i emailed a screenshot. 11pm that night i managed to access the invalid link for th bond. The next morning they emailed to say they took the $155 from account with a total of $310 after i provided proof of 1st transaction. And then once on phone talking to them i was then yelled at for apparently being wrong and that i hadn't sent any proof. I have all emails for proof. I also sent card details because i couldn't access the link and told me all they could see was the expiry date and cvv which is wrong. I tried very hard to keep in contact and sort payments out but JANET kept sending an email here and there without any detailed info to help me out. After getting off the phone to JANET she then proceeded to email me and question me about why did i access the link late at night. Well i couldnt access it before hand and the link was for the bond not the extra guests payment. She however refunded the $155 straight away with the $15 because there was no linen. Some things were conversed over phone so when she went back thru emails she then started to make out i was a liar because what i had said werent in emails but were infact talked about over the phone. Not a good experience at all and will no be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than one star I most certainly would! Rooms have incredibly poor ventilation with what appears to be no filter or extraction happening creating terrible air quality and the building is constantly in a state of disrepair due to the constant presence of vandals and vagrants with trash being dumped everywhere and zero control or compliance.. essentially a drug den crawling with crack heads and people trying to acquire drugs, I've stayed in hostels in Vietnam that were more secure! Do not bring your family here and do not stay here if you are a vulnerable person... work hard and pay top dollar to live amongst state and emergency housing folks with no respect for property or neighbors.
