★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Bought some electric guitar strings, think there must have been a tiny leak in the packaging from the factory because the high strings had rust on them. Dropped Musicworks an email and they had replacement strings out with a courier to me within an hour. Really nice people to deal with. Keep it up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Yamaha YDP 164 electric piano through Music Works Hobson Street, Auckland in January. The staff were very helpful in reserving the piano for me to play and I had a really great experience in-store where I was given lots of time to play the piano before buying it. The staff, particularly Oliver, were great in answering my questions about the piano. I was so impressed with the service I was given with purchasing this piano and I was so grateful that the piano was delivered to and assembled in my apartment. After a few months of playing I am so happy with my purchase and am enjoying my piano. Thank you!!! I would definitely come back here in future for any other purchases! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really low on staff once paid, not even bothered to help you load your equipments. I have been in the store with 3 yr old and a 8 yr old. Purchased a Piono and was just left on road for me to take care because as soon as the payment is made they want to attens other customers.
