★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elderly mother wanted to buy a new lounge suite Harvey Norman Timaru was where we found the one she wanted she had saved her pension for it cash deal . We dealt with who we thought was a nice sales man called Danny . Long story short there are issues with a recliner and Harvey Norman Timaru will not fix/ replace or refund . COME ON HARVEY NORMAN TIMARU DO THE RIGHT THING............

Julie Wells in the electrical department at the Timaru store was exceptionally helpful In locating a replacement and arranging for it to be delivered to Geraldine. Her patience and helpfulness is greatly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always fantastic service at Harvey Norman Timaru, the staff in the electrical department couldn’t be more helpful recently with an issue I had with a product, they helped me source a replacement quickly and easily. Eddie and Julie are knowledgeable and dependable and I totally recommend calling on them first for any of your electrical appliance needs. This is why we always go to Harvey Norman when we need any type of new appliance. Back up service with sales is an A+ here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Harvey Norman's this morning and I have to compliment all the staff members who were extremely helpful and good humoured.
Good customer service is not easy to find today, but this shop has outstanding staff who make shopping a pleasure.
Too often shop staff are indifferent and not inclined to be helpful which is disappointing when you need advice and help.
Harvey Norman's staff are the nicest, knowledgable and most helpful that I have come across. I highly recommend this shop just because of the staff who are the best you will find anywhere. Thank you all.
