β β β β β Paid money for gold bars on Thursday, to be picked up on Friday. Went to his shop on Saturday and he refused to honour the deal. He was not too willing to return the money. people like these are a disgrace to the community, very rude and selfish. will be complaining about him to the higher authorities. Please do not deal with this corrupt fellow.

β β β β β Worst Jeweller shop I found so far. The Owner of the shop is one of the rudest man to be alive. Doesn't care about customer satisfaction and crying over a 5$ Bill. He exchanged my earring piece with someone's else's. He is claiming that I don't know about my own earring. He doesn't care if the person is extremely wealthy or poor. All matters to him is MONEY MONEY MONEY. Worst shop. If you are prepared to argue with that nasty man, you are most welcome to go and shop there.

β β β β β One of the great jewellers in NZ, very friendly staff and the owner also his wife, i shop all my gifts and my own jewellerys from Luther Jewellers upto now i did not had any problems with the customer services or the gold quality both qualities are A+. Highly recommended to all the people if they are looking for a better gold then they should visit Luther Jewellers and yes before i forget the owner is very nice guy he does value his customer not money.

β β β β β The indian lady from this store was so rude. I decided not to get my order and just let them keep my money for free because the lady got angry when I wanted my order well-polished which I think it's every customer's right as it's OUR money we are paying for. The audacity. She even asked me to pay cash which sounded very dodgy. She was very arrogant and impolite. SONA SANSAAR is 100 times better in customer service. I highly recommend them. They're not dodgy and never try to rip people off like Luther.
