Raewyn has been our main contact and is great. Emails are responded to quickly and any maintenance issues have been resolved within days. Really happy so far and we love our new flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being both a contractor and a tenant with Harvic I have an unusual opportunity of seeing this great team in action from both sides.
The work they put through is able to be scheduled quickly and with minimum delay.
As a tenant the few issues were dealt with very promptly as I would of expected with my other dealings with the team at Harvic.

They handled a couple of delicate tenant issues smoothly. They're always responsive. The monthly reporting on the financials is timely, and clear. Exactly what you want from a property manager. I can absolutely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have rented an apartment managed by Harvic for nearly 3 years now, and they've always been incredibly kind and fast to respond to any requests! Just recently, we had an urgent electrical issue before the weekend and they were able to get someone out on Friday afternoon on short-notice. We've never had any problems and have been consistently impressed and pleased!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Harvic as our property managers for over 10 years. We were attracted to Harvic as tenants. We were actually impressed by their follow-up and consistent top notch service as well as doing all the things you would expect them to do if you were a landlord - like regular property inspections. When we needed to find a property manager Harvic were our go to and we have not been disappointed in any regard. Because of their smaller size we have always felt everyone at Harvic knows what's going on with our property and they have always been very accommodating when it comes to special requests, projects and documentation.

They always communicate with regular property inspections, including photos , maintenance issues and suggestions and feed back from the tenants. Since Harvic have taken over the management of my rentals I have had no bad tenant experiences, the tenants have all been long term and there have been almost no empty weeks.
I would like to thank Colin and his team for all there great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, it is truly impressive how horrific this company is. Not only are they bad for you as a property owner (1 inspection for a year tenancy, PM only stepped in the door and took a single photo, and then no pre-tenancy inspection.) they also left my partner locked in a bathroom for the evening when the lock broke.
We contacted them, and told us that she would have to stay locked in as their on call maintenance man did not own a cellphone. Colin told us that “we all have to make sacrifices” and that she’ll need to wait till the next day to get out. And there Colin is, the only sacrifice he has to make is collect easy money and screwing over both tenants and landlords.
Seriously, a joke of an operation. Colin, if you read this, I would seriously like to talk to you about this and hear your side of what being a property manager actually means to you.
