Would definitely recommend to others.

Received no update on a property applied for via Nest, after being told very rudely this home could not be applied for to then being told to apply, only to find out via an outside source the property had been rented. Spoke highly unprofessionally about the agents client, the home owner & absolutely wasted my time. I do not recommend this property management business at all. Very unhappy.
Update : A little walk through to clear up accusations of "mistruths" to avoid responsibility of incompetence here. Wanted to view property before lock down, was told property was already rented, had spoke to home owner so begrudgingly you sent applications forms through, those were filled & even my references responded so time wasted there also, was informed this morning by an outside party the property had been rented, I received no email update of this I had to personally call you. Time wasted again. So I've been sent application forms when you had no intention for allowing me to view the property after lockdown? Very stressful times indeed when you are mucked about like this & lockdown is used as an easy excuse.

The team are very experienced in property management which gives us confidence that our property is always going to be well looked after.
What we love about Nest is that there is one person looking after the property, doing the inspections etc and liaising with us. Communication is fast and details don't get lost in translation like they can do when working with bigger agencies who have multiple people dealing with each property. Extremely hassle free and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

What originally attracted us to Nest was the flat management fee, simple financial statements, and personalised boutique service. All of which was delivered along with great tenants and easy, straightforward property management. We are notified immediately of any issues that arise and they are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner which is important to us as we are not living in Wellington. We feel that we are in control once more. Thank you Nest for such a great service.
