★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have Lower & Co to look after our property and after 1 year, the house is totally damaged and they just didn’t do anything to sort the problem out,. very slow on responding , we have to discontinue using their service and find someone else. The 1 start review is for worse services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment we met the Lowe & Co Agent on-site, we were greeted and made to feel like it was a personal one-on-one consultation, we knew there were other potential tenants waiting to view - but we were made to feel welcome.
The application process was quite involved - Lowe & Co maintained contact with us to make sure we were ticking all the right boxes and kept us informed at every step, to ensure we submitted everything we needed to achieve in a timely way - something my husband and I really appreciate.
I was continually impressed when I rang to discuss move in dates and that I needed this date to align with our pay cycles - Lowe & Co were happy to oblige.
I would highly recommend. The level of service was greatly appreciated by my husband and I.

It is an older property and thus has had some maintenance issues over the years. I have fund Lowe & Co to be very professional, provide good value services and timely with their reports. They are excellent in response to my need for urgent for repairs and have a team of craftsmen who can repair just about anything. They're team of professionals are also highly skilled and the jobs are always done to standard and Code. They are highly professional and have never let me down when I needed assistance. I would highly recommend Lowe & Co to anyone in the Wellington area in need of this type of service.

Inspections are respectfully done; questions have been addressed and solutions have been undertaken in a timely fashion. I have a good relationship with the agent who manages the property, which is key to the above comments.
