β β β β β Natasha was the teacher I ended up going to after an extensive search through horribly expensive, very unsafe and ego-centred practices throughout Eastbourne, Lower and Upper Hutt. She listens to her clients and has an extensive knowledge of the chakras and meditation practice.

β β β β β No other teacher on Youtube or even that I've found in Wellington has quite the same approach to yoga as Natasha. People might say that it's not as "hard" as other classes, but I swear I never get as much physical and mental benefits from other classes as I do with Natasha. I am always amazed at how she manages to target some area of my body that really needs releasing, it's like you're psychic! I love how mindfully you approach yoga, and truly embody it as a spiritual practice.

β β β β β I met Natasha over a year ago and it was quite impressed with the knowledge and professionalism she brings into each practice.
She is very welcoming, funny and kind, her classes are just amazing and challenging and you can't help but to go back. Plus she brings something new to each class and the "same old, same old" saying won't apply here.
She's very true to what yoga really is and is quite committed to what she does and to her students too.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, I absolutely recommend her class to all??
