★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this funeral home. Rotorua was in need of a service like Haven Falls. I’ve been to the others in Rotorua and this home is by far the best. You become part of their family the moment you walk into the funeral home. Isaac alongside the other undertakers will look after you from the moment you make contact. Must I mention, they also transported my brother via hearse out of the Rotorua region to return back to his family. 5+ stars from mine
