I bought a car cash that was a bit over 10k. At first I asked about financing it and was told that it would be about 73 per week. Then when I received the contract it was close to 90 dollars per week and other costs that I wasn't told when I inquired about the finance. I decided to buy it cash. A couple of weeks later the remote control for the locks stopped working. I asked and all they told me was that I could change the batteries in a key shop in a mall. As little as this issue was, wasn't it their responsibility to check that BEFORE SELLING THE CAR?. A few weeks later, the front tyres started to make a creaking sound. Given that it was a recently purchased car I didn't want to touch anything and brought it to them. THE FIRST THING THEY SAID WAS "if this is not a mechanical issue it has a cost" and they made me sign a form saying that. They didn't even ask me details on why I was bringing the car back AFTER LESS THAN TWO MONTHS OF BUYING IT. This made me feel VERY INTIMIDATED and like they thought that I wasn't being genuine with my concerns. After that they sent me to a shop that did not belong to the dealer. The mechanic did not speak any english but I sensed he did his best to find the problem. It turned out that it wasn't a big issue. The admin in that mechanic shop was really nice and I explained to him that the car was recently purchased and that I felt disappointed that the dealer did not show any empathy or genuine interest on why I was bringing back a car they sold me.
I don't recommend this place as they clearly take the money and stop caring about their customers or the products they sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered reversing camera wasn't working and contacted Haz cars about it. They said they would look up the car's file to see if it had a camera. They never got back to me about it and I ended up reversing into a planter box at a cafe due to all the cars blindspots. They were not willing to pay my $400 excess or fix the dent despite owning a panel and paint shop. Was a good experience up until the reversing camera issue. The right and smart thing to do would have been to pay for the repair of the dent and have a customer for life. My mum was looking to buy a mini from them at the time but the incident put paid to that. My partner now needs a new cars and Haz would have been our first visit. Already now the $400 has been a very expensive "$400" for Haz cars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t buy from them they are not trust worthy people. I regret the car I bought from them . They don’t thoroughly check the cars the buy and sell to people. They just want you to buy and the manager has no empathy, very rude as long as you buy the car they don’t care what happens. I don’t even know why I went there.
