β β β β β The manager was so humble, he didn't charge extra for sauces even after you placed order already and made payment. He is of so funny nature, he always pass jokes to make customers happy while placing orders. No one is getting bored there while we are waiting for our stuff.

β β β β β Honestly Iβve ordered from this place multiple times. Went in today for three cheesecake desserts. Had some tall guy take my order and then disappear for 30 minutes only for me to approach the counter and have someone pull the desserts out of the chest freezer. Iβm not gonna pull the racial card here but come on. Kudos to the lady who served me though and apologised :). Please HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. Definitely wonβt be returning.

β β β β β First time here, the guy serving didn't even know which pizzas had peperoni but he wasn't rude so that was something. Thought the pizza we got was quite tragic looking and did not like how thin crust it was tbh. I ordered a pasta meal, it looked like they took out frozen meals that were left since last year. Overheated, the cheese was gross and then there was greasy fingerprints on the cardboard on top like,come on. Not eating there again.

β β β β β Systematic Issues at this store. Constant Food quality issues with Bases not made properly or toppings missing.
Contacted their support and promised a response from "Head office" but after following up still nothing. Not returning.

β β β β β Not impressed at all. First time trying our new local and we don't get given our Feijoa Sorbet that we paid $5 for. Also paid to have cashews put on one of the pizzas and surprise surprise no cashews on this pizza. Think I will stick to Sals pizza and avoid the further drive and disappointment. 1/5 stars is still too much.
UPDATE ON THIS 09/01/2019: Have not heard back from Hell Pizza head office, lady in question Beca. No refund either for the goods I did not get.
